World's End Girlfriend - Dream's End Come True

World's End Girlfriend - Dream's End Come True
Genre - Electronic, Post Rock, Experimental

So I may be really late to the punch with this one but I highly recommend it. Think Explosions in the Sky, only one DJ from Japan. Pretty much sums the album up, very glitchy yet awe inspiring and the tracks last 8+ minutes each. 'All imperfect love song' is 25 minutes of amazing music.

Vince Guaraldi Trio - A Charlie Brown Christmas

Vince Guaraldi Trio - A Charlie Brown Christmas
Genre: Jazz, Soundtrack, Classical, Choral

This brings back memories. One of the best jazz albums I've ever heard, Vince Guaraldi is slowly becoming one of my favorite jazz pianists. Just listen to 'Greensleeves' and you will fall in love with charlie brown all over again. Not literally though, I heard that's illegal. YOU MUST GET THIS.

cyrus fell down - radar

Cyrus Fell Down - Radar
Genre: Experimental, Math Rock (with vocals), Rock

So again it's been a little while since I've posted, but I have a few updates for you internet people. This is a fantastic math rock band I've found recently from Washington. I love the fact that it has vocals and amazing vocals at that. The basslines are fantastic, probably the best basslines I've heard since maps & atlases. It's refreshing to hear the bass do something other than back the song. A highly recommend album:

The Books - Thought For Food

genre: experimental. not in like, a super noise-y way or anything. its nice.

Love this band. for a while i played the shit out of the lemon of pink, the band's second record. Thought For Food is their debut, and its every bit as good as the lemon of pink.
